Set within the spacious grounds of Champneys Resort, Tring in Hertfordshire. The College enjoys a tranquil setting yet has excellent communication links to London and major motorways. The College attracts students from all over the world. Champneys trained aestheticians and therapists are regarded as exceptionally professional and highly qualified beauty therapists able to take the most prestigous jobs available.

Entry Requirements

 

  • Minimum age of entry is 16 years
  • No maximum age. Maturity can be an advantage. 
  • 3 GCSEs preferably in English and a Science for the CIDESCO course.  (Applications accepted before final results are obtained)
  • Maturity and experience will be taken into account.

Candidates who fulfil the entrance requirements should complete the Application Form and attend a personal interview. At this time you will have the opportunity to look around the College and to talk to tutors and possibly current students. You may also visit the Health Resort, subject to time constraints.

Open Days

The following dates have been set aside for Open Days to provide an insight into the students working at their studies. We offer you the chance to speak to Tutors and enjoy a tour of the College.

Overseas Students

Students from overseas who cannot attend a personal interview will be required to provide a hand written profile in order to assess their written English. On receiving their application by email, we will send further information and a profile form for completion and return.

 

Bursaries and Sponsorship

Bursary Scheme

Each year a bursary of up to 50% of the course fee is offered to those with genuine cases of hardship.  To be considered students must:


  • Be 23 years and over.
  • Have at least five GCSE qualifications (Grade A to C) or equivalent experience.
  • Be responsible for paying their own course fees.
  • Be UK citizens.
  • Be prepared to provide details of their personal finances and further support, and justify their application.

Champneys Sponsorship Scheme

Students who are interested in working within the Champneys organisation after qualifying may apply for a sponsored place.

 

Please note: Only CIDESCO applicants are eligible for bursaries and sponsorships. Applicants cannot be accepted for both.
